During the COVID-19 pandemic, while the SINPAR service team suspended our overseas on-site services, our online services and other forms services of indirect contact continued. During 2020, the SINPAR Services team provided effective and timely online services and assistance to more than 100 customers laboratories to assist them in the installation, commissioning and operation of SINPAR Engines. The SINPAR online service system has achieved good results over the past year.
In 2021, with the start of COVID-19 vaccination, we will gradually resume normal on-site services and technical support, depending on the situation in each country and region.
